Cancellation: When you book a class, you are reserving a spot that becomes unavailable to others.

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled class will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Rescheduling within 72 hours of the class time will incur a $20.00 fee per guest.

Advanced, Specialty & Premium Workshops ($120 and up)
Due to limited availability, advanced preparation, and material costs, all bookings for premium workshops are final.

No refunds or rescheduling are available once a booking is made.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another guest (with prior notice).
